Our Purpose

Beyond the Classroom transforms students from feeling scattered and overwhelmed to feeling confident and in-control in the classroom and in life beyond.

IN SCHOOL, THERE’S NO COURSE IN ADULTING.

As experts in learning & development, we translate our decades of corporate leadership and training experience into the daily habits, practices, and mindsets that students need to learn to work SMARTER, not longer. We teach skills learned by new hires in top-tier professional settings, adapted for students to help them get ahead and better prepare for their future.
