FAQs for Parents and Caregivers

  • No, we do not provide tutoring for specific academic subjects such as math, science, or language arts. Our program is designed to help students build their executive function skills to become more effective and independent in how they learn, work, and manage their time.

Our Success Path provides students with strategies, tactics and tools for how to become more organized, manage their time, prioritize, stay focused, and build self-awareness to work more effectively.

Students who benefit from our coaching services learn from real life scenarios they face (such as preparing for a test, completing a long-term project, managing homework, or balancing school with extracurriculars, work and social life) to teach them how to approach the next challenge.

  • We primarily work with students in grades 6-12, however exceptions can be made depending on the individual situation. Please contact us to discuss your situation further!

  • Students should expect to spend 2-2.5 hours per week on Beyond the Classroom content and coaching (if registered for small group coaching), as well as daily practice to integrate the tools and techniques learned in the program.

Students should expect to spend 1-1.5 hours per week on Beyond the Classroom if they are part of the Self-Paced Virtual program.

  • This will vary depending on the needs of your student, but you should expect to commit to staying on top of your child’s learning and supporting them as they work to implement new habits and practices.  You will receive weekly parent materials that will support you on your student’s Success Path, and help you to become your child’s best advocate.

  • The Immersive Executive Function Program is a 12-week program, broken up over the course of an academic semester. It takes time and practice to build new habits, and change never happens overnight.

Progress is dependent on several variables such as how motivated a student is, how self-aware they are, how narrow or broad their goals are, and how long the challenges have been present. Our goal is to help students achieve confidence, competence, and independence as quickly as possible but in a manner that creates real, meaningful, lasting change.

  • The cost of the Immersive Executive Function Program varies depending on whether you enroll in the self-paced program or the program with weekly 1:1 or small group coaching.

The weekly 1:1 program costs $1797 and the small group coaching option costs $1297 for the full 12-week program, including the program workbook and lifetime access to lesson content.

The self-paced option costs $497 for access to the same program content and lifetime lesson content access.
